ESB Bank (Peoples Home Savings Bank)
New Brighton's native son and third-generation building designer drew the plans for this bank with its sweeping stone arched window that terminates abruptly in a square, stone tower. Moderne metal overhangs accent the entrances on the facade and the southeast elevation. The tower is placed slightly off center and pierced by a narrow vertical window with geometrically patterned stained glass.
