Harrah's Chester Casino and Racetrack

Pennsylvania's step into casinos began with this glittering complex along the Delaware River by the Atlantic City office of SOSH Architects, who will design several of the state's new casinos. This casino plays the Las Vegas tune but misses the Las Vegas symphony of the strip with its myriad themes.
