Foster Town Pound

-A A +A
1845. South Killingly Rd. (on the west edge of Foster Center Village)

This tumble-down enclosure, nearly 48 feet square, stone walled and with a stone lintel over a narrow entrance, held stray animals. A crude modern wood gate replaces the iron original. (On town pounds, see GL27.)
