1896–1897. 339–341 and 343–345 Broadway (at Kossuth Ave.)

This pair of identical two-and-one-half-story gabled Queen Anne flats were built as investment properties for Susan E. and Abby N. Fuller. Each has a gazebolike circular porch off one corner and a polygonal bay worked into a conical turret off the other. Too-rarely-preserved spindlework decorates both the balustrade and frieze of the principal porch, augmented by the same lacey treatment for entrance and side porches.
