Barton Hills contains a second collection of houses by Stenger ( AU47) , with the largest concentration along Rundell Place and Airole Way. These houses are now popular with young preservationists in Austin who respect the modern design and open living spaces. The ranch style and informal layouts are similar to the better-known Eichler Homes in California of the same period.
