Located in a modest neighborhood along Thomas Boulevard, Port Arthur's central axis, the flat-roofed church and educational wing are separated by a central courtyard. The church is faced with orange brick laid up with raked horizontal mortar joints and illuminated with awning windows stacked in vertical files.
