This two-story apartment building organized in a U shape around an entrance court is among the first multifamily complexes built outside of downtown. The attractive complex has small entrance porches and central hallways. The use of half-timbering and stucco borrows from themes in architecture of the period and in nearby residences, making it compatible with its single-family neighbors.
