McCardell Cottage Bed and Breakfast (William K. and Nancy E. McCardell House)

-A A +A
1887. 705 N. Beatty Ave.

The McCardells’ house served as the town’s medical facility and as a social and cultural center. The one-story cross-gabled wooden house has a front porch that wraps three sides of the front wing. The steep front gable, turned posts, and brackets and trim with floral cutouts give the house a Gothic Revival quality.
