Old Las Lomas Hotel

-A A +A
1926, Adams and Adams. 648 College St.

This Spanish Colonial Revival former hotel, now an apartment complex, was designed by a San Antonio firm. The picturesque, two-story L-shaped building has a central tower, plain plastered walls, an arcaded porch facing the entrance court, and minimal ornamentation. The original tile roofs have been replaced with red standing-seam metal.

Another Spanish Colonial Revival building nearby in buff brick with a round-domed bell tower is the First United Methodist Church of Junction (1930; 904 Main Street).
