Gresham House

-A A +A
1899. 3500 Seminary Ave.

Like its neighbor across the street, this Queen Anne house is built of granite. It also shares the same basic floor plan. The builder, however, changed the exterior so that it presents a different face to the street. Houses alike in plan but with varied facades are common in Ginter Park.
