Park Hills Farm

-A A +A
1912, Verus T. Ritter. 1805 McCoy Rd.

This stuccoed Craftsman house presides over a long stretch of McCoy Road from a sweeping hillside lawn. Its deep, bracketed eaves support a dormered, red-tiled roof. An expansive front porch extends beyond the facade on both sides, metamorphosing into a porte-cochere on the west end. Tiffany Studios decorated the original interiors.
