The largest privately owned parcel of land in Waikiki, the twenty-two-acre complex is a veritable small town, with nine major buildings and a smattering of smaller structures housing almost one hundred shops and restaurants, and more than three thousand guest rooms. Advertised as a “paradise within paradise,” the property abounds with waterfalls and tropical flora, and includes an artificial lagoon, as well as a bi-level ten-thousand-square-foot pool.
