A single-story public building with a gable roof, built in the Georgian Revival style, has been carried right out to the edge of the sidewalk. The central entrance exhibits a pedimented roof supported two pilasters, and between them is a semi-circular arched opening containing the door. The two groups of three windows to each side of the entrance have panels above them containing classical swags. At each end of the building the walls have been projected out a few inches, hinting that they are end pavilions. Within the one on the right is a garage, while the one on the left displays a Palladian window. This well-scaled brick and stone-trim building is covered with a tile roof.
