A well-proportioned turn-of-the-century Colonial Revival box, with a porch with Ionic columns, becomes something out of the ordinary through its single front roof dormer. The dormer sits on a thin, extended wide base and centers on a circular “bullet” window that is mirrored in the arch of the dormer's roof. The visual attraction of this dormer is so strong that it fully dominates the street facade of the house.
