Bay State Block

-A A +A
c. 1891. 1107 E. 4th St.

In style, the Richardsonian Romanesque merges here into the Beaux-Arts Classical. The windows on the fourth floor are arched; those on the second floor are rectangular and are designed as fill-ins between the vertical stone piers. The ground floor has been altered.
