Beaux-Arts Classicism is here cast in a lighter mood than usual. The lower floor of this limestone building exhibits a pair of picture-framed large windows on each side of the center entrance. On the second floor, the three windows with transoms are separated from one another by a pair of thin, delicate engaged columns. The entablature bears the building's name in the center, and on each side is a pattern of classical swags.
