This one-story, wood-frame structure next to the depot was built as a freight warehouse. The side-facing gable roof has wide overhangs supported by diagonal brackets covering elevated loading docks on both sides of the building. Horizontal beveled boards clad the exterior walls. One of three railroad buildings still standing in Lovelock, the structure represents the utilitarian approach to railroad warehouse construction as compared with the more elaborate approach used for passenger depots.
