Maude Frazier Hall

Named after Maude Frazier, an educator and legislator who helped found UNLV, this unassuming, one-story white-painted structure is historically significant as the first building on campus. The long, angular structure has a wide cornice of plain stuccoed panels above walls punctuated by doors and plate glass windows. It stands at the main entrance to the campus on Maryland Parkway, providing a transition between that busy street and the university's main north-south quadrangle.
