Built for a local dentist, this two-story brick house is a late example of an Italian Villa. The facade is dominated by a slightly projecting three-story tower and a full-width veranda with arched bays and a bracketed cornice. The mass-produced woodwork that includes paired brackets at the roofline and prominent quoins adds to the overall richness of the design. The house is now a bed-and-breakfast inn.
