Minimal architectural features imbue this two-story, corner bank and office building with inherent distinction. Dixon, a Houston architect, remodeled an existing building with horizontal belt courses that frame the sills and heads of second-floor windows and large-scaled flutes at the top of the wall, which provide a modernistic frieze.
