Burger House

One of the oldest and smallest houses in Castroville, it was built at the same time as the Henri Castro house ( CJ1) and represents the early masonry houses in the community. Distinctive is the large centrally placed chimney stack rising from a one-story shed addition, indicating where the original kitchen stood. Around 1945, a frame addition was added to the house for a bedroom and a bathroom.
