The three-story brick and limestone structure features a pedimented portico at the main entrance, which is rather oddly detailed with the Ionic columns spaced too far apart to be classically correct. The main feature of the interior, the courtroom, has suffered by the lowering of its ceiling to accommodate air-conditioning ducts.
