Museum of Western Art (Cowboy Artists of America Museum)
This handsome small-scale museum, designed by Chris Carson, employs one of O'Neil Ford's favorite devices, the brick bovedas, or vaults, which form the ceilings of the galleries. The open pavilions of the museum take advantage of the dramatic hillside site with views overlooking the town and river valley. The museum supports contemporary Western art of cowboy artists.
