This Prairie Style house, designed by George Willis in Ayres' office for lumberman Kuntz is a novelty on this street of colonial-styled residences. Willis was then employed in Ayres's office as a draftsman. After Willis established his private office, he designed the Prairie Style house for Lawrence T. Wright ( SA82).
