Littleton's “skyscraper” is a heavy wood-frame mill sheathed in corrugated metal panels with a 64-foot-tall grain storage elevator, sited beside the mill ditch. Extensively remodeled for use as a restaurant and brew-pub, this is the sole surviving flour mill of the many that made Littleton northern Colorado's early grain milling center.
