Sited along the Arapahoe Greenway and designed to look like an old waterfront terminal, this large market hall has a cruciform, skylit roof and vaulted ceilings. Despite splendid interior space and the prizewinning design, it succumbed to the 1980s oil bust and awaits reuse.
