Montview Boulevard

-A A +A
1892–1907. Monaco St. Pkwy. to Colorado Blvd. (NR)

Houses in European revival styles line this eastern approach to City Park and the Denver Museum of Natural History. As one of the first boulevards, Montview lacked the median of later parkways but included the generous, city-owned setbacks that front homesites. Tudor and other English revival styles are the most common along Montview, mixed with Spanish Colonial, bungaloid, and Modernist examples.
