Belmar Village Museum

Of the once fabulous estate of Denver Post heiress May Bonfils Stanton Berryman, little remains except for the calf barn, caretaker's cottage, and auction house, which are now the core of Lakewood's municipal museum complex. Exhibits include the Peterson House (c. 1886) (NR), a typical L-shaped shiplap Farm-house that was moved here, a wealth of agricultural apparatus, and Ralston Crossing Schoolhouse (c. 1869).
