This gift to the university from U.S. Senator Simon Guggenheim has a Greek-inspired classical facade, echoed in its dignified, spacious interiors. Murdoch also designed a nearly identical Guggenheim Hall, built a decade later, for the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
