Denver & Rio Grande Depot

-A A +A
c. 1910. South end of Pikes Peak Ave. (at Railroad St.)

Florence's D&RG depot, a long, low brick building with a red tile roof, is now the Florence Senior Center. Elongated wings, wide eaves, and a paneled frieze give it a Prairie Style horizontality.
