St. Paul's Episcopal Church

-A A +A
1913, A. E. Gumprecht, builder. Northeast corner of Oak and 9th sts.

Carl Howelsen may have been the mason for this front-gabled chapel of local sandstone ashlar with handsome Gothic-arched doors and windows. The fine interior has exposed wood frame walls, open ceiling beams, a hand-carved golden oak altar, and miniature stained glass windows.
