Arbor Cottages is a cluster of individual and paired motel rooms, each set under its own gabled roof with adjacent spaces just large enough to park a Model T. Built when U.S. 17 was the primary north-south coastal highway, this motel’s fortunes, like many along this route, have suffered with the advent of I-95.
