True-Round Barn

1915–1916, Xavier Jacque, designer and builder. South of Guttenberg on US 52, just north of Millville

This is one of four round barns with dome-shaped roofs that still exist in the state. Sheet metal covers both the walls and the roof of this example. Centered inside is a silo that is 12 feet in diameter; it extends up through the peak of the roof.
