A collection of mostly relocated historic buildings, including the Jeremiah Hamilton House (1871) , along with an amphitheater, restaurant, and offices, is picturesquely arranged along a ravine. This project set the tone for revitalization along Waller Creek in the 1970s, reusing historic buildings as the centerpiece.
