Tarrytown Methodist Church

-A A +A
1947, Roy L. Thomas. 2701 Exposition Blvd.

A refined Georgian design in soft red brick, this church may be local architect Roy Thomas's best religious design. The Ionic-columned porch is topped by a tall, tapering, multistage tower. Set well back from the street, the church faces a rolling lawn embraced by flanking buildings in a similar style.
