This centrally planned church features exterior walls of large blocks of local limestone laid with alternate courses of yellow brick and a copper roof. Simple rectangular parish buildings of brick are connected by wooden arcades to form a large, square courtyard. The interior is rather simple, with the dominating feature being the square lantern set above the centrally placed altar. Frank Welch and Associates received a Texas Society of Architects design award for their addition of 1987.
