The Sentry Box

Located at the southern end of Caroline Street near the former ferry landing and an old log wharf is this structure, built by Revolutionary War General George Weedon, who subsequently lived here. The house has been extensively restored, and the grounds contain a reproduction of a colonial icehouse and a kitchen.
