This diminutive, one-story brick building containing three lawyers' offices stands across Chancery Row from the courthouse. Large arched windows at either end flank doors with tall transoms. A rare survivor in its urban setting, the building represents a type—often known as “Lawyers' Row”—that once invariably accompanied county courthouses throughout the country.
