Second Empire, Romanesque Revival, and Queen Anne contribute stylistically to this architectural pastiche, while pressed brick, pressed metal, terra-cotta, and slate make up the fabric. Although the house stands two and one-half stories above a raised basement, its location between larger apartment houses makes it seem smaller than it actually is.
