Pulaski Ward

-A A +A

Pulaski Ward, like Chatham Ward, is lopsided in its plan, cut off on the western side by the preexistence of Tattnall Street when the new ward was laid out beginning in 1837 (north of Harris Street) and completed by 1839. The western tything blocks have only three lots rather than five and the western trust lots are shallow.
