c. 1890. 1991, restoration. 1502–1506 Miner St. (northeast corner of 15th St.)

Tall, ornately framed Italianate windows in brick brighten the upper-story apartments of this two-story red brick building. It has cast iron storefronts with large plate glass windows on the ground floor and is crowned by a handsome corbeled cornice and saw-tooth frieze.
