1894; moved, 1986. 1711 Miner St. (southeast corner of 17th St.)

Constructed as the Grass Valley School House at 2325 Miner Street, this building was moved here in 1986 and restored as the city hall. The two-story red brick edifice with hipped roof has a large corner bell tower and asymmetrical plan.
