12420 Stonehaven Lane is a Cape Cod model, the least expensive one available at Belair. Although larger and better equipped, this model was the direct descendent of the expansion Cape Cods that Levitt and Sons introduced in 1947 at famed Levittown, New York. In a relatively rare instance within the development, the house at 12420 is located immediately adjacent to another Cape Cod (12418) rendered with the model’s alternate facade design.
