Joseph Eddy Farm

-A A +A
c. 1820; wing added. 1503 Putnam Pk. (west of Reservoir Rd.)

This is a five-bay, central-chimney Federal house, close to the road, though screened by trees. It is a fine example of the country version of its type, with a carpenter-designed triptych type of doorway under a continuous deep cornice over door and side lights, all divided by attenuated paneled pilasters.
