Miles Miller designed this restrained one-story building as a PWA project for Bunkerville. Walls made of locally fired brick terminate in a parapet that partially hides a hipped roof over the taller gymnasium portion of the building, located toward the rear. The symmetrical facade has a long projecting mass containing a central entrance surrounded by a terra-cotta frontispiece of paired fluted pilasters. In addition to serving as the community center and justice court, the building contains a small library. In 1988 the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department renovated the building, lowering ceilings and replacing the originnal windows with aluminum ones.
