Leopold Rosenzweig's two-and-one-half-story Italianate house has restored Eastlake porch framing, a dentiled frame cornice, and bracketed eaves. The tall, evenly spaced windows are topped with stone arches. Also on the site are a gabled barn and a coal shed. Publisher Charles Cleworth restored this and neighboring residences, including the tiny, steep-roofed 1882 cottage at 1732 Downing Street, and converted them to a distinctive office complex.
