Captain John Warren House (Henry Collins House)

-A A +A
Henry Collins House
Between 1736 and 1758. Before 1775, enlarged toward the garden. c. 1795–1800, door and probably dormers. 62 Washington St.

The very regularly paired windows of the Hunter House are more casually ordered in this slightly earlier house, with window intervals different on either side of the remodeled fanlighted and pedimented door. A beam projects from the north side for use as an attic crane.
