Iowa City, Town Center, South

-A A +A

The center of the downtown commercial center bounded by Burlington, Washington, Clinton, and Linn streets has been closed off to automobiles, and pedestrian malls have been created from the various streets. Within this superblock and adjacent to it, a number of older buildings have been restored or revamped (see next seven entries). Other noteworthy buildings are also located in the southern part of the town center.
